Copenhagen’s Ruby will host Paris’ Candelaria, the iconic Le Marais agave bar, for a special one-night only takeover, sponsored by Koch Elemental, on Tuesday, July 11. The Candelaria team will be joining Ruby bar manager Michael Hajiyianni and the team for the evening, bringing a selection of agave inspired cocktails from their hidden gem of a bar in Paris to the Scandinavian icon.
Throughout the evening guests will be able to experience the special menu which combines flavors of Scandinavia and Mexico, fused with summery and seasonal ingredients. The menu was created collaboratively by the two bars and showcases their outstanding talents and extraordinary mixology skills, whilst championing their approach towards seasonality and sustainable hospitality.
