Third Eye Distillery’s Stranger & Sons has unveiled a gin created exclusively for Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, Aer Gin. Inspired by the city’s “coastal charm” and named after the hotel’s rooftop bar, it is only available at the bar as well.
Dubbed the “Spirit of the City by the Sea,” Stranger & Sons Aer Gin features a blend of local coastal botanicals, including Indian tamarind, kokum, and mangosteen. The gin offers a fresh and saline flavor profile that is “distinctively Mumbai,” explains a press release.
To go along with the launch, Alexandre Renoue, Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, curated a series of “Perfect Serves” to showcase the gin. These range from a spirit-forward Martini using an Indian wine along with vermouth to a Gimlet Spritz, among others.
