This summer, Barcelona’s world-renowned Paradiso bar—ranked among the globe’s best for its avant-garde mixology—has taken up residence inside one of Ibiza’s most legendary nightclubs: Pacha. The result is a collaboration that feels less like a bar installation and more like a sensorial event, wrapped in glowing architecture and liquid imagination.
From June through October, the Paradiso team, led by award-winning bartender Giacomo Giannotti, will serve an all-new 14-cocktail menu inside an immersive venue built within Pacha itself. Access is exclusive to ticket-holding Pacha Ibiza guests, and the bar opens nightly at 11 p.m.
The drinks reflect Paradiso’s signature style—scientific precision laced with poetic flair. Highlights include the Paradiso Mule, Tartufo Gin & Tonic, and a citrusy Amalfi Spritz, crafted for sultry Ibiza nights. But the real showpieces are the more experimental offerings, like the Great Gatsby, a heady fusion of Macallan 12 Year Double Cask, white truffle honey, amaro, lavender, vanilla, and chocolate tobacco.
Then there’s the Kryptonite, a multi-layered cocktail that reads like the periodic table in verse: Mare gin, Príncipe de los Apóstoles gin, shiso, lemongrass, Sichuan pepper, riboflavin, “electric liqueur,” grapefruit cordial, chocolate bitters, and kaffir lime essential oil.
According to Paradiso Ibiza, the experience goes beyond the glass. Expect live cocktail performances, seasonal drink rotations, and guest appearances from international bartending talent, blurring the line between stagecraft and spirits.
The physical space, imagined by UK design firm Grapes Design, is a spectacle in its own right. A glowing circular bar anchors the room, surrounded by honeycomb-textured panels, tree-like columns, and curved organic ceilings that conjure a surreal forest canopy. It’s a space that invites curiosity—and maybe, if you’ve had the Kryptonite, hallucination.
Paradiso’s presence in Pacha is more than a brand collaboration; it’s a high-gloss collision of nightlife and liquid artistry, where Ibiza’s electric pulse meets the narrative complexity of modern mixology.
