Paris’ Little Red Door is set to take over London’s Eve Bar for one night only on Thursday, July 7. Located underneath Adam Handling’s Michelin-starred Frog, the bar works with the above restaurant to help reduce waste, converting surplus ingredients into inventive cocktails.

Little Red Door, currently ranked the world’s 29th best bar,  recently unveiled their latest menu, Flourish, and Londoners will have the opportunity to sample drinks from the menu without having to cross the Channel. Flourish explores the producer, produce, and product journey at the center of the cocktail, expanding on the theme of the bar’s previous menu Grounded which championed local products and producers.

Available cocktails include Olive, made from proprietary olive spirit, Tanqueray, broad bean cordial and soda; Saffron, which sees Johnny Walker Black mixed with orange wine vermouth, chouchen, and saffron tincture; and Raspberry, made with raspberry vermouth, Tanqueray 10, H. Theoria Electric Velvet Liqueur, and syrup.

The team from Eve Bar will also serve cocktails from their recently launched menu, V.

Eve Bar is located at 34 Southampton St, London WC2E 7HF, United Kingdom.

In May, Eve Bar announced the launch of London’s first NFT Cocktail Menu Collection. The exclusive collection consists of 13 pieces, created in collaboration with a local artist and bartenders.
