Located on Place de la Concorde, the bar Les Ambassadeurs at Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hôtel, epitomises the quintessential spirit of Paris. Overlooking one of the most beautiful squares in the world and offering a terrace under the arcades, the mythical address is a unique venue enchanting both Parisians and guests with creative seasonal cocktails.
As you walk through the doors, you will discover a jaw dropping venue dating back to the 18th century and designed by Chahan Minassian who gave a little touch of modernity of this stunning space.

Other than Les Ambassadeurs, what else is happening in the neighborhood that you’re in?
Our area is chic and historical, with Place de la Concorde being one of the busiest squares in Paris, but also luxurious boutiques and palaces not far from us. Located at the beginning of the Champs-Elysées, we are in a perfect spot for guests to enjoy some drinks after a busy shopping day.
Aside from Happy Hour, when is the best time to get to the bar?
As we do not have a Happy Hour offer, the best time to go to the bar is at the opening, which starts at 5pm and runs to 1am.

We have a very cosmopolitan clientele, so you will find a lot of different profiles and interests in our guests.

The menu features 15 original cocktails, with unique ingredients from sloe to butternut, chestnut, kiwi and pine. These enhanced flavours have become the central component of new signature cocktails, with their essence amplified by the skill and craftsmanship of Kevin Rigault, Director of Bar Les Ambassadeurs, and his team of bartenders.
With this new menu, Bar Les Ambassadeurs solidifies its status as an innovative and unique destination bar. The visual illustrations of the cocktails generated by Artificial Intelligence allow the mind to interpret them freely and fully immerse itself in the essence of each signature ingredient of these cocktails.

Our signature cocktail cost between 29€ and 31€.
Is there anything to eat? If so – what’s your favorite dish on the menu?
We have a selection of tapas and caviars, as well as some amazing desserts. I would say my favourite is the truffle croque-monsieur, with truffle and Comté cheese. Délicieux!

We have some live music happening every night except Sundays and Mondays. We are changing our music program, so it will be exciting to see what’s next.
