Located below Italian restaurant Carboni’s, Bar Sotto continues with the theme upstairs, offering a variety of Italian influenced cocktails. You can order off the menu upstairs while enjoying a more laid back setting. The drinks menu includes a variety of options, while still featuring all the classics you’ve come to expect.

Please describe Bar Sotto as if you’re explaining the experience of walking through the doors and ordering your first drink.
Like I always say : “Good drinks, good food, good music and good people”. I would describe Bar Sotto as a fun and chill place where you will have a good time.
How would you describe Bar Sotto in a three-word text to a friend that you’re trying to convince to join you?
3 words : hidden, fun, romantic
Other than Bar Sotto, what else is happening in the neighborhood that you’re in?
We have a lot of nice places to eat in the neighbourhood, Marché des Enfants Rouges, Onii-san, some of the best bars in Paris like La Mezcaleria, The Cambridge Public House, Mary Celeste and La Candelaria and, of course, so many places to go shopping.
Aside from Happy Hour, when is the best time to get to the bar?
There is no best time to come to the bar, you will always have a warm welcome and a good time.
Describe the average drinkers that you serve?
Our average drinkers go from people who just come to have a drink before going to a club, to people who want to continue the experience at Sotto after a good diner at Carboni’s
Please tell us more about your drinks menu.
Our drinks menu consists of Italian classics cocktails like Spritz, negroni, amaretto sour and some “Creazione” more will be added to the menu soon.
What’s your signature drink–or your favorite drink currently on the menu–and why should I order it?
You should definitely try our best seller, our twist on the Pisco sour : “Dream Catcher” with real cinnamon infused in St Germain, Pisco, red berries and egg whites and andaliman berries on top.

Our drinks go from 7 to 17 euros
Is there anything to eat? If so – what’s your favorite dish on the menu?
You can eat the whole menu of the restaurant upstairs Carboni’s with Bar Sotto’s little touch, cool service and good music.
My favorite dish is the Pici cacio e pepe with the Perigord black truffle extra (wink).

Our distinguishing feature at Bar Sotto is the Marshall jukebox, you can listen to various musics, from MJ Thriller to ABBA Money money .
